We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on your country. We only use 2 couriers, but these have partners in almost every country of the world.
The first one is Slovak Post. This is the national Postal Service in Slovakia and it offers shipping to every country that is part of the UPU – Universal Postal Union. With Slovak Post we offer 2 types of shipping, standard unregistered mail and registered mail, which can be tracked in Slovakia, in the destination country and in every country in-between them. The standard untracked option is the most economic one we offer, unless we exceed 50 grams, it costs us under 2€ to ship to you, anywhere in the world. The tracked option gets pricey really fast, but at least you have the safety of our refund policy. If your product is lost or stuck for longer than adequate, we refund you.
You may also see “Free untracked” or “Free tracked” shipping options. This means you hit our threshold and you are eligible for free shipping. PLEASE, always pick the free shipping option if it is available to you. If both are, we recommend choosing tracked mail. Both of these are also delivered via Slovak Post.
Slovak Post delivers right to your mailbox or door if the package requires a signature. This depends on your location and we cannot change it.
If you see any other option listed, this means our second carrier, Packeta is already setup for you. Depending on your location it can be cheaper or more expensive to ship via them, however they provide exceptional tracking and service in Slovakia while being very affordable. They have many partners who will deliver you package once it leaves Slovakia. These include Omniva in Lithuania and Latvia (even Lithuania Post from 08/08/2022 onward), Speedy, Econt in Belgium, Colis Privé or Colissimo in France, Post Nord sends both to your home and your local box and we can even send to your Polish Paczkomat.
If you do not see this option, please contact us on support@tenerhack.men and we can probably ship there via Packeta. Even outside the EU.
